In 2004, Thunder decided to step in LCD Display’s production industry. Because of Thunder’s abundant sources, Thunder set up very well communicated channels with LCD Panel and Touch Panel suppliers. Thunder always can get the different size LCD Panels and Touch Panels with different features smoothly.
Thunder’s strong RD Department will design the A/D Board according to each LCD Panel’s specification to ensure the A/D Board and drive each panel at the best performance. If necessary, Thunder’s RD department will modify A/D Board’s firm ware to meet customers’ special request. Sometimes, they even re-design the A/D Board to ensure each customer’s special project can run smoothly. For example : Sub-Screen, Slip-Screen, Vertical/Horizontal Screen, Warm Up Screen … etc.
Besides LCD Panel’s performance, Thunder’s RD Department will also select the most suitable Touch Panel according to each customer’s projects’ special environment. For example, the most popular and economic 4-Wire/5-Wire Resistive Touch, the sensitive Capacitive Touch, and the strongest crushproof SAW Touch … etc.
Of course, Thunder RD Department’s mechanical engineers also can modify LCD Display’s case according to customers’ different requirements. If it is need, Thunder will also re-produce the tool to make whole new case. Thunder’s current cases include Plastic Stand Case, Metal Stand Case, Chassis Case, Panel Mount, Open Frame, Open Type Module … etc.
Due to the application of LCD Display is getting wider day by day, Thunder also focus on outdoor application with high brightness request. Thunder’s Back-Light Module Department is able to increase LCD Panel’s brightness by the professional optic knowledge. The most important issue is they only modify the brightness but will not change any other original setting and guarantee the brightness modification won’t reduce LCD Panel’s life span. Some times, Thunder even can decrease the voltage input to extend LCD Panel’s life span. It is very different than other brightness modification in the market.
